Your Questions, Answered

Can I request a specific clay body or glaze finish?

Absolutely. During our discovery call, we review your aesthetic goals and functional needs, then recommend clay and glaze pairings that achieve the desired look while meeting durability requirements.

What is the usual timeline for a custom order?

Lead times vary based on complexity and kiln scheduling. Most tableware projects take 4–6 weeks from design approval, while large installations may require 8–12 weeks. We provide a detailed production calendar before work begins.

How does invoicing work for larger commissions?

For sizable projects, we issue an initial invoice for the design phase, followed by milestone invoices tied to production stages. This structure keeps the process transparent and allows you to review progress before final payment.
